<正>1953年,Pietrogrande首次报道应用糖皮质激素与股骨头坏死相关[1]。多年以来,对激素导致股骨头坏死的研究不断深入。目前,长期或大量应用激素已成为股骨头缺血坏死的首位发病因素。激素性股骨头坏死恢复比较困难,致残率高,且部分患者需要长期服用激素,随着病程的发展,造成股骨头不可逆损害,严重影响患者的生活质量,已受到世界范围内骨科领域的广泛关注。探究激素性股骨头坏死的发病机制对股骨头坏死
